How to Play Hangman
Pick letters one at a time. A correct letter fills every place it appears in the hidden word; a wrong one costs the jester a bell. Six wrong guesses ends the round — solve the word first and he keeps his chime. In endless mode the joke setup is your clue. In the daily there is no clue at all: just the blanks, the category, and your wits — the full joke is what you win.
Daily Hangman: One Punchline a Day
Every day at midnight there is one new puzzle, and it is the same for everyone — the answer is always the punch word of a joke. Solve it and the whole joke lands, rimshot included. Miss it and the jester sulks, but the joke still gets told. Your streak counts consecutive days played, so the real game is coming back tomorrow.
Hangman Tips That Actually Work
Start with vowels — E and A first, then O and I. Move to R, S, T, L and N, the workhorse consonants. Watch the pattern, not just the letters: _ A _ _ A _ almost always ends in a common suffix. And in the daily, remember the answer is a punchline — if the shape fits a pun, it probably is one. The hardest words are short ones stuffed with rare letters: JAZZ and LYNX have ended more streaks than any nine-letter monster.
