What is a good prank to play on a friend?
The ones that need no setup and end fast. We keep a full list of pranks to do on friends, but two land hardest in person: a fake incoming call that rings your own phone and gets you out of anywhere, and a cracked screen, which buys the biggest reaction for the least effort. Pick something they can laugh at within about ten seconds, and have the reveal ready before you start — the reveal is the prank, not the panic.
How do you prank call someone?
Not from here — we do not dial anybody, and nothing on this site can. Our fake call works the other way round: it rings your phone with a caller you choose, so you can hand it over, set it down or answer it in front of someone. Is prank calling illegal?
It can be. Repeated calls, threats, anything aimed at someone because of who they are, and anything to the emergency services are criminal offences in most places, and recording a call without consent breaks the law in a lot of US states. Are prank websites safe to click?
Ours are. Every prank here runs in the browser tab — nothing installs, nothing is downloaded, no file is changed on the device, and one tap or the Esc key exits. That is worth checking elsewhere though: a "prank" that asks you to install something or hand over a login is not a prank.
When does a prank go too far?
When the target cannot laugh at it. Real fear, humiliation in front of other people, anything involving their job, their money or their health, and anything they cannot walk away from — those stop being funny at the reveal instead of starting to be. The test is simple: would you be happy if they pulled it on you? If in doubt, work from the harmless pranks list.
What can I prank my parents, siblings or teacher with?
Keep it short and obviously harmless. A smashed screen on a phone you hand over, a phone prank, or a full-screen gag left open on their laptop all land in seconds and undo in one tap. There are more in easy pranks. Nothing that costs money, damages anything or needs them to be genuinely worried.

The ones set up before anyone is suspicious. Leave a fake update or crash screen running on a laptop, put a cracked screen wallpaper on a phone, or send a screenshot that is just plausible enough.
