Entertainment Only

Everything here — the generators, the books, the printables and the gags — exists for jokes, parody, novelty and entertainment. Anything you create is fake by definition and must never be presented as genuine. This site is intended for adults.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for what you make and where you share it. You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: never use anything from this site to deceive, defraud, defame, harass, impersonate or harm anyone, and never break the law.

Your Creations

The generators run in your browser. We don’t see, store or keep the images you make unless a feature explicitly tells you otherwise. What you create is yours — and so is the responsibility for how it’s used.

You’re free to share, post, print, message or repost anything you generate — including images carrying the Pranksters.com logo or watermark — across social media, messaging apps, or anywhere else online or offline, in its original, unedited form, for personal and entertainment use. You may not strip out our branding and pass the underlying design or template off as your own, resell or redistribute our templates, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

Pranksters.com — including its design, code, generator templates, and all original written content (articles, lists, guides and other copy) — is copyrighted and the property of Pranksters.com. You may not copy, scrape, republish or redistribute our site content or templates without our permission. The third-party names, logos and trademarks our generators imitate (such as social media platforms) belong to their respective owners. Pranksters.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the platforms it parodies.

No Warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise it will always be accurate, available or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pranksters.com is not liable for any loss, damage or consequence arising from your use or misuse of the site, or from anything you create with it. You use the site at your own risk.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, that means you accept them.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the general principles of applicable law. Before taking any other step, you agree to first raise any dispute with us in good faith so we can try to resolve it directly.
