When she turns him down, he tries again, this time getting into his $400,000 supercar. The question hangs over the whole video: what does she say the second time?
One variable, two conversations
The gold digger prank works because only one thing changes. The man, the street and the woman stay the same. The car is the difference. When the answer changes, it is easy to see why, and when it does not, the video says something about her instead.
What the format cannot tell you
A short, staged encounter is not a study. One person's reaction on one day says very little about people in general. Treat the video as a story with a question, not as evidence.
